PRODUCT DIRECTIONS:

• 4-10 years of age: 1 Teaspoon (5mL) Per Day
• 11-16 years of age: 1 Tablespoon (10mL) Per Day
• Adults: Take 1-2 teaspoons (5-10ml) twice daily.
